"Court Hears Insurance Cases on Reimbursement Right, Duty to Defend": Texas Lawyer contains this article (subscription required) discussing two of the oral arguments the Court heard last week. In the first case, the Supreme Court considered whether an insurance company has an extra-contractual right to be reimbursed for an uncovered claim if the insured never agreed to the reimbursement. In the second case, "the Supreme Court wrestled with whether a commercial general liability (CGL) insurance policy requires an insurer to defend its insured."
